    • 2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Liquids

    • 🥛 250ml milk
    • 💧 200ml water
  • Seasonings

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of black pepper

Thinly slice the onion. Clean and chop the spinach into 3cm pieces. Microwave spinach with 1 tbsp water for 2 minutes at 600W, then rinse and squeeze out excess water.

Cut the pork belly into 3cm pieces.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and onion, cooking until lightly browned.

Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Sprinkle flour and stir until no dry flour remains. Add water and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.

Add milk, salt, and pepper, stirring until the mixture thickens. Add spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
