- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
- 🥩 150g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 piece fried tofu
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 70cc ponzu sauce
- 💧 Water as needed

- 🧅 5 green onions, finely chopped
- 🌰 White sesame seeds as needed

ÉTAPES
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, cut it in half, and slice thinly. Julienne the carrot into matchstick-sized pieces.
Trim the roots off the green onions and slice finely. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In a rice cooker, add the soaked rice, ponzu sauce, and water up to the 2-cup rice line. Mix well and level the rice. Layer the tofu, carrot, and pork belly evenly on top.
Cook the rice using the normal setting. Once cooked, add the chopped green onions and mix everything together.
Serve the rice in bowls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and drizzle with additional ponzu sauce if desired.
