    • 100cc ponzu sauce
    • 💧 400cc water

Cut daikon into 1.5cm slices, peel thickly, and halve. Separate green onion into white and green parts. Slice white part thinly and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. Slice ginger thinly.

Cut pork belly into 6 equal pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sear pork belly on all sides over medium heat until browned.

Mix seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, ponzu sauce, water) in the rice cooker. Add pork belly, daikon, green onion (both white and green parts), and ginger. Start normal cooking mode.

Once cooked, stir gently and let sit on 'keep warm' mode for 1 hour.
