INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms (100g)
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Meat
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 5mm strips and separate the shimeji mushrooms by hand.
Season the pork with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with all-purpose flour.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, salt, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and cook until the color changes. Add onion and shimeji mushrooms, stir-frying for 3–4 minutes until softened. Add the sauce and cook for 2 minutes until thickened.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl and top with the pork chop mixture.
