- 🍖 3 slices of pork loin (60g)

- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Enough panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🌰 A pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Season the pork slices with salt and pepper, stack them together, coat both sides with mayonnaise, and cover with panko breadcrumbs.
Place the pork on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil and bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes. Flip and bake for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Cut the pork cutlet into bite-sized pieces. Pack cooked rice into a bento box, place the pork cutlet on top, drizzle with tonkatsu sauce, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
