INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork
Coating
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- Enough breadcrumbs to coat
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, garlic, ginger) in a bowl. Add the pork and massage the mixture into the meat. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Take 1/4 of the seasoned pork and shape it into a flat oval patty. Repeat to make 4 patties. Coat each patty in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, about 3cm deep. Fry the patties for about 5 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
Serve the cutlets on a plate with Worcestershire sauce on the side.
