INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Marinade Ingredients
- 🧅 100g pickled onion (onion only)
- 1 tbsp pickling liquid from pickled onion
- 1 tbsp sake
Ginger Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Make small cuts into the connective tissue of the pork slices to prevent curling during cooking.
In a bowl, combine the pork slices with the marinade ingredients (pickled onion, pickling liquid, and sake). Massage the marinade into the pork, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and lay the slices flat in the pan. Cook, flipping occasionally, until the pork changes color.
Add the pickled onion (including the marinade) to the pan and stir-fry with the pork. Add the ginger sauce ingredients (grated ginger, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well. Cook for 3–5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.
