INGRÉDIENTS
Pork Kimchi
- 80g kimchi
- 🍖 100g sliced pork
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
Fried Rice
- 🍚 350g cooked white rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add kimchi and stir-fry for 1 minute, then mix in soy sauce and remove from the pan.
Heat salad oil in the pan, add rice, and stir-fry to loosen. Push the rice to one side of the pan, pour beaten eggs into the empty space, and stir gently while cooking.
Add chopped green onion, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper. Plate the fried rice and top with the pork kimchi mixture.
