Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of warm rice
Pork Kimchi Glass Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
- 150g sliced pork belly
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 150g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 150cc water
Dried Radish and Corn Oyster Namul
- 30g dried radish
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 pack sprouts
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
Chinese Steamed Egg with Crab Stick and Scallion
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 10cm scallion
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 2 crab sticks
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 200cc water
ÉTAPES
Soak dried radish in lukewarm water for 5 minutes.
Mix eggs, sake, and chicken stock powder in a heatproof container. Add sliced scallion, crab sticks, and quartered shiitake mushrooms. Refrigerate.
Wash and cut soaked dried radish into bite-sized pieces. Squeeze out excess water and place in a bag.
Add sprouts, cherry tomatoes, corn, and seasonings to the bag and mix well.
Cut glass noodles, chives, kimchi, and pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry pork belly with ginger and garlic until the pork changes color.
Add sake, soy sauce, water, and glass noodles. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove the steamed egg mixture from the refrigerator, add water, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add kimchi and chives to the pan with pork and noodles. Stir-fry until well combined.
