INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 150g lotus root
- 100g sweet potato
- 100g konjac
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork slices into bite-sized pieces and season with sake and a pinch of salt.
Peel and slice the lotus root and sweet potato into thin pieces. Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the pork with cornstarch and form into small meatballs.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the meatballs until browned.
Add the lotus root, sweet potato, and konjac to the pan and stir-fry together.
Combine sake, mirin, soy sauce, chili, and water in a bowl to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer until the vegetables are tender and the sauce is absorbed.
