INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 250g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 4 shiso leaves, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- Salad oil, as needed
Sauce
- 4 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 4 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Remove the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Julienne the carrot and shiso leaves.
Place pork slices in a container, season with salt and pepper, and knead. Divide into 8 portions, shape into balls, and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork balls, and pan-fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, shimeji mushrooms, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry over medium heat until the onion becomes tender.
Mix mentsuyu, vinegar, and water in a container. Add the stir-fried vegetables and pork balls to the mixture and let them marinate. Serve on a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
