ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion.
Heat butter in a frying pan, then add corn, ground pork, and green onion. Stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the cooked white rice and stir-fry over medium heat, breaking up clumps and mixing until the rice is evenly coated and fluffy.
Add the curry powder, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
