INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g minced pork
Vegetables
- A small amount of chopped green onion
- 🧅 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 🥕 A small amount of finely chopped carrot
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 🧂 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare 200g of minced pork.
Finely chop green onion, onion, and carrot.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, black pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl.
Flatten the minced pork into a thin layer.
Place mozzarella cheese in the center of the pork layer.
Roll the pork tightly around the cheese, sealing the edges.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil over low heat.
Cook the pork roll until golden brown on all sides.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
Place the cooked pork roll on the beaten egg and roll it to coat.
Cook the egg-coated pork roll in the pan until the egg is set.
Wrap the cooked roll in aluminum foil and let it rest.
Unwrap the foil and slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the slices on a plate and enjoy.
