ÉTAPES
Season the pork neck with salt and pepper.
Finely chop the onion and prepare it.
Mix chopped onion, soy sauce, sugar, wasabi, and 1/3 cup of water to create the sauce.
Heat a pan and cook the seasoned pork neck on high heat.
When the pork is 80% cooked and golden on both sides, add the prepared sauce and reduce to low heat.
Simmer until the sauce is absorbed, then slice the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Serve the pork over rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
