Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Potato starch as needed
- Salad oil as needed
Egg
- 🥚 1 boiled egg
Vegetable
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
Tartar Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🥛 1 tsp milk
ÉTAPES
Place pork in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, sake, and sesame oil. Massage well.
Shape the pork into bite-sized rolls and coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry the pork rolls until golden brown.
Wipe off excess oil from the pan, add sauce ingredients (soy sauce, vinegar, sugar), and simmer until thickened.
Return the pork rolls to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
Finely chop the boiled egg and onion, then mix with tartar sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, lemon juice, sugar, milk).
Serve the pork rolls topped with tartar sauce. Enjoy!
