- 2 slices pork loin
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Tomato Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and garlic. Remove the core of the garlic before mincing.
Make small cuts in the pork loin between the fat and meat to prevent curling. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove from the pan.
Using the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened. Add canned tomatoes, consomme, and salt. Simmer for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Plate the pork and pour the tomato sauce over it. Serve immediately.
