INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch mizuna
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces, wash, and drain well.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Combine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce in a microwave-safe container and heat for about 1 minute at 600W.
Add white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and chopped green onion to the sauce and mix.
Boil water in a pot and cook pork belly until the color changes, then drain.
Place the cooked pork belly on top of the mizuna and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
