Tofu
- 🧈 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🌱 4 okra pods
- 🥬 4 lettuce leaves
Seaweed
- 🌊 1 tbsp dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🟤 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Prepare the garlic miso sauce by mixing grated garlic, sugar, vinegar, miso, salad oil, and ground white sesame in a bowl.
Boil the pork shabu-shabu slices in water with sake until cooked through. Drain and set aside.
Blanch the okra in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
Arrange lettuce leaves, tofu (scooped with a spoon), sliced okra, and rehydrated wakame on a serving plate.
Top the dish with the cooked pork slices and drizzle the garlic miso sauce over everything.
