INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🐖 100g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 65g pea shoots, chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the pea shoots into 1cm pieces and set aside.
Mix the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and add the chopped pea shoots to create the ginger pea shoot sauce.
Boil water in a pot, add sake, and reduce to low heat. Cook the pork slices one or two at a time until done, then remove. Repeat for all slices.
Serve the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the pork slices, and drizzle the ginger pea shoot sauce over.
