- 200g pork belly shabu-shabu slices
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, minced
- 1/2 bunch mizuna, chopped
- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Mince the garlic and green onion. Chop the mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the cucumber. Slice the tomato into thin pieces after removing the stem.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, white sesame seeds) with the minced garlic and green onion.
Heat water in a pot until boiling, then reduce to low heat. Cook the pork slices one by one until their color changes, then remove.
Add the cooked pork slices to the sauce mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange the tomato slices, mizuna, and cucumber on a serving plate. Place the pork mixture on top.
