Meat
- 400g pork tenderloin block
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 onions, sliced
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Liquids
- 200cc red wine
- 💧 100cc water
Herbs
- 1 bay leaf
Sauces
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can (290g) demi-glace sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
ÉTAPES
Slice onions into 1cm widths and crush garlic cloves after removing the core.
Cut pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces, pierce with a fork, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil, butter, and garlic in a pot over low heat. Add pork and sear both sides until browned, then remove.
Add onions to the same pot and sauté over medium heat until lightly browned. Return pork to the pot.
Add red wine, water, and bay leaf. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Mix in salt, Worcestershire sauce, demi-glace sauce, and ketchup. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.
