Seafood
- 100g salted wakame

- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin

ÉTAPES
Rinse salted wakame under running water, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Pit the plum and mash it finely with a knife. Mix the plum with sake, mirin, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Dust pork slices with flour. Lay two slices slightly overlapping, place 1/6 of the wakame on the edge, and roll tightly. Repeat to make 6 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until pork changes color.
