INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 2 chicken breasts
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 1/2 bunch kaiware sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into thin strips. Soak them in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Trim the roots off the kaiware sprouts.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil until their color changes. Remove and drain.
In the same pot, boil the chicken breasts until cooked through. Remove and let cool slightly, then shred into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, sesame seeds, sesame oil). Add the boiled potatoes, shredded chicken, and kaiware sprouts. Toss everything together.
