INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥔 2 potatoes (250g)
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 200cc water
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, then soak them in water and drain.
Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and sauté until the color changes. Add the potatoes and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry briefly.
Add sake, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Dissolve miso and soy sauce into the pot and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in ground sesame seeds.
Serve in a dish and sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
