- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
- 🌿 3 sprigs chopped parsley

- 4 pieces cream cheese (72g)

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 5–6 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool slightly.
Cut the ham into 1cm squares.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the potatoes, ham, and parsley to the bowl and toss to combine.
