- 🥔 1 potato (150g), sliced

- 1 tsp dried seaweed

- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder

- 💧 400 ml water
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g), sliced
ÉTAPES
Slice the potato into 5mm thick pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Drain well.
Pat the fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil. Cut it into 1cm wide strips.
In a pot, combine potato, fried tofu, water, and dashi powder. Heat over medium heat until boiling. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until the potato is tender. Add the dried seaweed and stir.
Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
