INGRÉDIENTS
Seafood
- 80g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
- 3 green beans, trimmed and sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
Seasoning
- 400cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch. Trim and slice the green beans into 1cm pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add the diced potato and sauté over medium heat until translucent. Add the octopus and green beans, and stir briefly.
Add water and salt to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 6–7 minutes until the potato is tender.
Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with black pepper.
