INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g diced pork shoulder
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g), diced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
Liquid & Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp consommé powder
- 💧 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Dice potatoes into 2cm cubes, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Halve mushrooms and mince garlic.
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add pork and cook until its color changes.
Add potatoes and mushrooms, sauté until potatoes become translucent. Add sake, sugar, consommé, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add soy sauce and curry powder, mix well, cover, and simmer for another 3 minutes.
