- 300g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 🥔 600g thinly sliced potatoes
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Dairy
- 🧀 4 tbsp pizza cheese
- 🥛 200cc heavy cream
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- A pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Thinly slice the potatoes using a slicer and remove the core from the garlic before slicing it thinly.
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Layer 1/4 of the potatoes in a heatproof dish, sprinkle 1/3 of the garlic, and spread 1/3 of the pork over it. Repeat the layering process and finish with the remaining potatoes.
Mix the heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl, then pour it over the layered dish. Top with pizza cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until the ingredients are cooked through. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
