- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g)
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Garnish

- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder

ÉTAPES
Trim the root ends of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Cut the potatoes into thin strips and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shimeji mushrooms and potatoes, stir-frying until coated with oil. Add 1 tbsp of water (not listed in ingredients), cover, and steam for 1 minute over medium heat.
