Main Ingredients
- 6 dumpling skins
- 20g shirasu (whitebait)
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of dried parsley
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into cubes and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain any excess water.
Mash the warm potatoes until smooth. Add shirasu, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and divide into 6 equal portions.
Place a dumpling skin into each silicone cup. Fill each with one portion of the potato mixture. Sprinkle dried parsley on top. Repeat for all 6 cups. Drizzle 1/6 tsp of olive oil around the edges of each dumpling skin.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Bake the cups for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
