- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Herbs
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 100ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
In a pot, add the tuna can (including the oil) and the potatoes. Stir-fry over medium heat.
Once the oil is evenly distributed, add water, soy sauce, and mirin. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add chopped green onion and continue cooking over medium-low heat until the liquid is absorbed.
