- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
- 🥕 10g carrot
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥦 5g broccoli
- 🧂 a pinch of herb salt
- 🧀 a pinch of cheese
- a small amount of oil
- 🌿 a pinch of parsley
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the potatoes, rinse them in water, and drain. Chop broccoli coarsely and slice carrot and bacon thinly.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and sauté the grated potatoes. Add carrots and cook until 50% done, seasoning with herb salt.
Whisk the eggs and pour over the sautéed potatoes and carrots. Top with bacon, broccoli, and cheese. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat until fully set.
Sprinkle parsley on the finished pancake and serve.
