INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 🧅 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 🥕 1/2 cup sliced carrot
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup water
Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add diced potatoes, carrots, and onions to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, and water in a bowl to create the braising sauce.
Pour the braising sauce into the pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top before serving.
