- 🥔 3-4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 🧀 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧈 A small amount of butter
ÉTAPES
Peel and cube the potatoes into small pieces.
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Mash the potatoes and mix with cornstarch, sugar, salt, and mayonnaise.
Shape the potato mixture into flat discs and add 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold and seal into a ball.
Heat butter in a pan and fry the potato balls until golden brown on both sides.
Serve with ketchup or Greek yogurt for dipping.
