- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Condiments
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Starch
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
ÉTAPES
Julienne the potatoes into 5mm slices.
Mix ground chicken, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Add the julienned potatoes to the chicken mixture and mix well.
Add potato starch to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
Shape the mixture into flat oval shapes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 170°C, about 1cm deep.
Fry the nuggets until golden brown on all sides.
