- 🥔 1 small potato, diced
- 🌽 1 cup corn kernels
- 🧅 1/4 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Dice the small potato into small cubes and boil it in salted water (1/2 tbsp salt) until tender.
Drain the cooked potato and set aside.
In a clay pot, add 1 cup of drained corn kernels and the cooked potato in equal proportions.
Add 1/4 finely chopped onion and 3 tbsp mayonnaise to the pot, then sauté until the onion turns translucent.
Add 100g of pizza cheese and mix thoroughly until melted and evenly distributed.
