INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🥔 2 potatoes (300g)
- 100g glutinous rice flour
- 💧 80cc water
Filling
- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
Soup
- 💧 800cc water
- 2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- Sesame oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 🧅 Chopped green onion to taste
ÉTAPES
Wash the potatoes thoroughly with the skin on, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Peel while hot and mash until smooth.
Mix glutinous rice flour with half the water. Gradually add the remaining water while mixing until the dough reaches an earlobe-like consistency.
Finely chop the green onion.
Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Divide the dough into 6 portions. Flatten each portion, place 1/6 of the filling in the center, and wrap to form dumplings.
Bring the soup ingredients to a boil in a pot. Add the dumplings and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Serve in bowls, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with pepper, and garnish with chopped green onion.
