- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🥚 1 egg
- Anchovies for broth
- Kelp for broth
- 💧 600ml water
- 🧅 1 handful green onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chili to taste
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Boil water with anchovies and kelp to make broth.
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and add the potatoes.
Pour the prepared broth into the pot with the potatoes.
Add minced garlic and chili for enhanced taste.
Season with soy sauce and bring the soup to a boil.
Beat the egg in a bowl and pour it gently into the boiling soup.
Add chopped green onion and simmer until the egg is cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
