- 🌭 10 Vienna sausages

ÉTAPES
Boil the potatoes in a pot of water for 15–20 minutes until tender. Cool them and peel the skins.
Grate the boiled potatoes using a grater for a better texture.
Mix the grated potatoes with 1 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder, and a pinch of pepper to form a dough.
Cut the Vienna sausages in half.
Flatten a portion of the potato dough on your palm and place a sausage piece in the center.
Shape the dough into your desired form, such as round or square.
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the potato hot dogs, rolling them to ensure even browning.
Once the surface is golden and crispy, remove the hot dogs and drain excess oil using a paper towel.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
