- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 2-3 green chili peppers

- 1 can spam

- 2 tbsp red pepper powder
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 1/3 tbsp soybean paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Prepare the potatoes, onion, green onion, and chili peppers by chopping them.
Place the spam in a bowl and pour hot water over it to remove impurities.
Mash the spam thoroughly in a plastic bag until it becomes a paste-like consistency.
Combine red pepper powder, red pepper paste, soybean paste, soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, green onion, and chili peppers in a pot.
Pour 450ml of water into the pot and mix well.
Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat for 2-3 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
Taste the stew and adjust seasoning if necessary.
