INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato, julienned
- 1/2 bunch chives, chopped
Eggs and Flour
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
Seasoning
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- To taste chili oil
ÉTAPES
Cut chives into 3 cm pieces. Julienne the potato and soak in water, then drain.
In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, water, and soy sauce. Add chives and potato, then mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil to prepare the dipping sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the batter and cover with a lid. Cook on medium heat for 3–4 minutes. Remove the lid, flip the pancake, and cook on low heat for another 2–3 minutes.
