- 🥔 1 potato (250g), sliced thinly
- 🥓 4 slices bacon, julienned
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Toppings
- Okonomiyaki sauce, as needed
- Mayonnaise, as needed
- Bonito flakes, as needed
- Aonori (seaweed powder), as needed
ÉTAPES
Slice the potato thinly using a slicer and julienne it. Julienne the bacon and chop the green onions.
In a bowl, mix the potato, bacon, green onions, potato starch, water, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat half the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Spread the mixture evenly and cook for about 6 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
Plate the pancake and add toppings: okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, bonito flakes, and aonori.
