- 🥔 60g potato, peeled and diced

- 💧 1 tsp water

- 60g all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🧈 1 1/2 tbsp melted salted butter
ÉTAPES
Peel and dice the potato into small bite-sized pieces. Rinse in water and lightly drain. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2–3 minutes. Mash while hot.
Mix the mashed potato with flour, melted butter, consomme powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until combined.
Place the dough in a plastic bag and roll it out to a thickness of 2–3mm. Chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes. Cut into strips 2–3mm wide.
Arrange the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15–20 minutes.
