INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- Parsley as needed
Protein
- 2 slices of bacon
Egg Mixture
- 🥛 200 ml milk
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1 tsp consomme
- 2 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pepper as needed
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the bacon into 1 cm pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the potatoes into 8 slices each and soak in water, then drain.
Place the potatoes and onions in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Mix all the ☆ egg mixture ingredients in a separate bowl.
In a cocotte or small baking dish, layer the microwaved potatoes, onions, bacon, egg mixture, and cherry tomatoes. Bake in a toaster oven for 15 minutes.
