- 6 pods broad beans
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes
Protein
- 2 slices ham
- 🥚 1 egg

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Remove broad beans from pods and peel the thin skin. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch. Dice ham into 1 cm squares.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook broad beans for 1 minute. Remove and set aside. Boil the egg for 10 minutes, cool in water, and peel the shell.
Chop the boiled egg into coarse pieces.
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl with 1 tbsp water. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 6 minutes. Mash while hot.
Mix potatoes with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Add the remaining ingredients and gently combine.
