- 1.5g dried seaweed
- 🥔 40g potato, peeled and diced
- 🧄 1g minced garlic
- 1g sesame oil
- 2g soy sauce
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Soak dried seaweed in water, then drain and remove excess moisture.
Peel the potato and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the soaked seaweed briefly.
Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the diced potatoes and cook until tender.
Season the soup with soy sauce to taste.
Add minced garlic and simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
