- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥕 1/2 carrot

- 1/2 canned ham

ÉTAPES
Slice the potatoes into thin strips and rinse them under running water 3–4 times to remove starch. Let them soak while preparing other ingredients.
Slice the onion and carrot into thin strips.
Drain the potatoes and place them in a microwave-safe bowl. Add 1 cup of water, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes. Microwave for 3–4 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, then stir-fry the carrot and canned ham.
Add the microwaved potatoes to the pan and stir-fry. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the onion and continue stir-frying until everything is cooked through. Serve warm.
