Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (300g)
Starch
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the potatoes into 1cm cubes and soak them in water. Drain well.
Place the potatoes in a plastic bag, add cornstarch, seal the bag, and shake to coat evenly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes, and stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce) and stir to coat the potatoes. Serve and sprinkle with black pepper.
