- 12 slices pork shoulder (240g)
Vegetable
- 🍟 36 frozen straight-cut fries
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Flour as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
ÉTAPES
Season pork slices with salt and pepper. Place 3 fries on each slice and roll tightly. Coat each roll with flour. Prepare 12 rolls in total.
Mix soy sauce, sake, sugar, and mirin in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned. Remove excess oil and add the sauce. Simmer and coat the rolls evenly.
